If you'd like to get an idea of whether your piano needs a pitch raise just download any guitar tuning app and check middle A (the 49th note from the left) and see what it registers. Or try going to this YouTube video of A440 and play the A above middle C on your piano at the same time. If the pitches match pretty well then it's likely you don't need a pitch raise. If they sound very different then it's highly likely that it does need a pitch raise.
